Who we are
Founded by a military veteran, Ironman finisher, humanistic psychologist, ICF-trained coach, and former special education teacher, the Kuinua Project leverages lived experience, research-based methods, and cross-sector collaboration to support success. Our work centers holistic thriving, sense of belonging, and social responsibility, supporting the full spectrum of human growth through education, program support and collaborative practices.
Our team offers personalized, concierge-style support to students, parents, and professionals who work with children through emerging adulthood—across diverse settings including schools, community centers, foster care systems, mental health services, detention centers, and military communities.
Through strategic partnerships and collaboration with key stakeholders, The Kuinua Project delivers holistic support using coaching methods and improvisational techniques to help individuals and institutions navigate real-world transitions and overcome barriers to academic thriving.
